John Froiland is the former director of research and development for intelligence and working memory at Pearson, Inc. (London, UK). He also provided guidance to Pearson, Inc. on the potential for integrating Positive Psychology into assessment programs. He helped conduct two national studies on neurodiversity among youth with Autism Spectrum Disorders. He has also consulted in the U.S. and overseas on promoting growth mindset, increasing visual-spatial ability for engineers, and increasing emotional intelligence and social-emotional learning throughout a large African nation via USAID and Purdue Laser Pulse.
